If you've already placed an order with us and want to get in touch about that specific order, you can also reply to your order confirmation email. We'll respond as quickly as we can to help you out!

We live and work in Singapore. We do not have a retail storefront at the moment. All of our products are only available online.

We spend our time carefully seeking and developing products that fit a few simple criteria, they need to be durable, quality made with a simplistic, sustainable and ethical approach. Products that stand the test of time, that will age well, using the best materials and are not destined to end up in a landfill. All the product we carry supports people that share our vision.

All photos on our website are taken by professional photographers. We try our best to accurately show the finish color and texture as best we can.

Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

Please contact us by visiting our contact page. We will gladly be able to assist you with any questions relating to Orders, Order Modifications, Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations.

We do ship internationally, however, due to the size of some products, there may be shipping restrictions on these items. If you have a special order you’d like to place with us just contact our team and we can try our best to ship the item to your desired location!

We don't currently provide a pick up option. If you need your order delivered faster than the next day standard option please drop us a line or give us a call and we can organise same day delivery.

We ship out new orders within 1-2 business days, and we send all packages via courier so they'll reach you the next working day. 

We try and use the absolute minimum amount of packaging materials to keep your order safe. We try to only recyclable materials in our packaging as preserving our environment is one of our key corporate values.

Flat rate next day courier is $10 within Singapore. We charge $20 shipping internationally.
